Our ceremonial matcha is stone-ground in Uji, Japan, from carefully cultivated tea leaves selected for balance, depth, and consistency. The method has remained precise for generations, preserving both flavor and integrity.
Preparation
Measure 1–2 grams into your bowl.
Add 2-3 fl oz (60–80 ml) of hot water, never boiling.
Whisk until the surface turns smooth and vibrant.
Add more water or milk to taste.
Stand still for a moment before you drink.
Consistency
