Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. 

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping is included in the price of all available products.

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after fulfillment, depending on destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of food products, opened or used matcha products cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@matchatealovers.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the case and product availability.
