Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Rates:
We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days (depending on location)
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Free Shipping:

    • Available on orders over 40 CHF.
    • Automatically applied at checkout.

International Shipping:
We currently ship within Switzerland and to select countries in Europe (Worldwide shipping starting in January 1st, 2025). Shipping times and costs may vary based on the destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Returns Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee:
At Matcha Tea Lovers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your items.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Opened or used food items, including matcha products, are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges:
If you received a defective or damaged item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for an exchange or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
